Bio
Josie is an associate Marriage and Family Therapist and lecturer in the MFT graduate program. She obtained her undergraduate degree in History and Psychology from UC Davis before attending San Diego State University for her Masters in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, she serves as a school-based therapist in San Diego Unified elementary schools. Her areas of focus include play therapy, terminal illness and bereavement, and using Narrative practices to support children exploring their world.
